I recently visited General Agency to discuss adding new policies. The office is easy to find, has convenient parking, and is a really nice office space. I worked with both Judy and Marty to purchase my policies and found them to extremely knowledgeable about my options. It was great for me to be able to discuss what I needed with a real person rather than trying to figure everything out on my own online or over the phone. I really appreciated the time that they took to discuss my options, and will definitely continue doing business with them.

General Agency has my business for life! I have a few tickets and needed new insurance. I called State Farm and they said they couldn't do anything for me. I called Farmers...and when someone finally bothered to call me back...they told me the same thing. I vented to my next door neighbor about it and she said her family has gone to General Agency for three generations. Now I know why. When I called General Agency they said, "No problem," and arranged for coverage right away! Not only was Marty able to get me insured, but I never felt that I was judged for my driving record. They have earned my business and my trust!
